Bookstore/Library Order Form

To place an order, please fill out the form below. A Cynren representative will be in touch.

1. A Cynren Press representative will contact the purchaser to confirm the order and shipping fee.

2. An invoice will be issued upon order fulfillment. Payment is due 90 days past date of invoice.

3. If an account is 60 or more days past due, it may be turned over to a collection agency. If so, a collection charge and interest will be invoiced.

4. No returns permitted after 6 months past invoice date.
