Returns of print books must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Products must be in new condition. To initiate a return and print a return label, please click here.
Unless otherwise required by law, purchases of digital products are final once the digital content has been delivered or made available.

7. International Orders
Customers ordering products for delivery outside the United States are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.

8. Manuscript Submissions and Publishing Inquiries
Cynren Press welcomes manuscript submissions and publishing inquiries through its designated submission procedures.

Cynren Press evaluates numerous works, and some submissions may contain ideas, themes, settings, characters, or other elements similar to those appearing in independently created or acquired works. Submission alone does not establish that any subsequent similarity results from copying or misuse.
Nothing in this section authorizes Cynren Press to reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit an author's protected expression without appropriate authorization.
